Cancellation Policy
At Biospere, we aim to ensure that every order is processed and delivered promptly. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order. The following policy outlines our cancellation terms and procedures.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy will apply instead.
2. After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Returns and Refunds section in the Terms & Conditions for details on returning eligible items.
3. Subscription Orders
If you have subscribed to recurring deliveries:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that cycle.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations made before shipment will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment authorization failure
- Errors in pricing or product information
In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and you will be notified promptly.
